Ordering online

You can send multiple hampers to different addresses by filing in a Bulk order form. You can also add individual messages to each card accompanying the hampers. When you Fill in a brief this helps to guide us in the choices of food, wine, packaging and price that will be most appropriate for your gift. We will respond to your brief within 24 hours. Alternately, you can simply select your gift from one of our collections.

Delivery costs

All prices listed in this website are inclusive of GST and delivery.

Ideally your hamper will be delivered to a business address so that someone will be there to take receipt. Sometimes we have to try to deliver a second time. This is usually because the address we’ve been given is incorrect or incomplete or the recipient isn’t around to collect the parcel from the pick up location. In these instances the gift gets returned to us for redelivery. When this happens we have to charge you a redelivery fee of $15 and a handling charge of $20. Please ensure you provide the recipient’s contact phone number, email address and authority to leave on the order form as this assists in a successful delivery.

Hip Hampers® take no responsibility for unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage to a hamper, once it has been delivered.

During the holiday season deliveries of gift hampers will take a little longer due to the increased volume courier companies experience during those times. Hampers will be delivered up until 5:00pm on the 23rd December.

Our couriers deliver between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday only.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver our hampers to PO Boxes.
